| PHOENIX, is a dramatic Lurssen Werft built Motor Yacht, delivered June 2004 in Germany. Both her interior and exterior design evolved from the drawing boards of Andrew Winch Designs and Espen Oino.
PHOENIX, was constructed with a superb array of quality woods and inlays. The Audio/Video Equipment on the vessel is an absolute state of the art system and features Plasma Flat screen televisions, with Video on demand DVD and VHS players throughout the vessel with a full computer network that is available to both owners,guests and crew. All of the marbles and stones that have been employed throughout the vessel were hand selected from the most exquisite marble and stone quarry in Italy. The overhead heights of the complete vessel are in excess of seven feet and feature a most complicated triple dome design. All of the carpets installed on the PHOENIX are custom hand tufted New Zealand wool. Each area of the vessel�s carpet features an individual design that matches other design features of the yacht. The Master Stateroom area is entered through a hidden semi electric controlled sliding door. An Owners lobby is located aft of this stateroom. Continuing forward one arrives at the palatial Master Suite. This stateroom is equipped with a full king size bed, a relaxing area that is equipped with sofas and a table, a complete entertainment system that features a 52 inch Plasma television and enormous windows that create an astonishing open feeling both underway and at anchor. The woodwork in this area is Anigre, The His and hers Master Stateroom bathrooms are indeed magnificent. Each bathroom closet is finished in beautiful marble the Hers features a Jacuzzi tub and the His a shower. There is an enormous Hers closet on the port side with an additional His closet on the port side. ACCOMMODATION DECK Descending down a spectacular semi-circular stairway one arrives at the Accommodation Deck Foyer. This Foyer is finished in beautiful Italian marble with decorative furniture adorning the area. The main guest accommodation is located mid ships are comprises of four equal dimensioned staterooms. The woodwork in each stateroom is Maple Burl, with cherry and teak inlays. Each suite is equipped with triple large vertical portholes that make each stateroom extremely bright and open. STATEROOM NUMBER 1 Located portside forward features twin oversized beds with a complete entertainment system with a hidden 48 inch Plasma television, relaxing sofa, large closet space and drawers and a large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and bidet and shower, finished in marble with water jet inlays. STATEROOM NUMBER 2 Located on the starboard side forward features a Queen size bed with a complete entertainment system with a hidden 48 inch Plasma television, relaxing sofa, large closet space and drawers and a large bathroom with bath tub, toilet and bidet and shower,finished in marble with water jet inlays. STATEROOM NUMBER 3 Located on the portside side aft features a Queen size bed with a complete entertainment system with a hidden 48 inch Plasma television, relaxing sofa, large closet space and drawers and a large bathroom with bath tub, toilet and bidet and shower, finished in marble with water jet inlays. | Descending down a stairway from the crew accommodation area one arrives at the Tank Deck. The minimum headroom in this area is 6 Feet 9 inches.
Walking forward one arrives at the main crew lounge which features seating for 16 crew with large comfortable chairs and tables. A 50 inch multi positioning Television with a full entertainment system is installed in this area with a computer system. This area is also equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a full serving area with a sink and ample storage. Continuing aft on the port side one arrives at the huge laundry area that is equipped with two large commercial washing machines and dryers, a ironing machine, a large linen storage closet. On the starboard side is a refrigerated garbage storage room. Continuing aft on the port side is a large walk in refrigerator/freezer unit. Adjacent to this area are large storage rooms for dry goods. An additional refrigerator and freezer room is located aft on the port side. On the starboard side the Air Conditioning plant is located. Continuing aft one enters into the first engine room entrance door, which when closed permits entry into the engine room. Aft of the engine room is the Tender Boat Garage. The tenders are launched through gull wing doors that open up on each side of the vessel. This location provides a safe and easy access to the tenders in times of unfriendly weather. Positioned in this area are a 25Ft. tender, a 22 Ft. Ribbtech tender, 2, three person Wave Runners, two kayaks, and two mountain bikes and other water sport toys. The Tender garage is air conditioned. When the tender gull doors are open, feature lights are positioned to illuminate the surrounding areas. Continuing aft one arrives at the swimming platform through a large transom door. A shower is located in the overhead of the door. On the starboard side of the swimming platform is the Dive room which is equipped with a custom dive compressor with diving tanks and equipment for eight people. On the port side a large storage room is located. |

| The private exterior panoramic Observation Deck is located above the pilot house and is accessed through a stairway from the gymnasium on the port side. This delightful area features a seating and sun bathing loungers. The view from this area is dramatic and provides a spectacular yet private informal area to either relax, observe the ocean and the world in complete privacy, whether under way or at anchor.
Descending the stairway one arrives at the gymnasium. This high tech area is equipped with a walking and running machine, weights a full entertainment system with a drop down 24 inch plasma television. Special sound insulation has been installed in this area to prevent any noise escaping when guests are exercising. Stepping out to the extremely large Sun bathing Deck/ Helicopter Deck, one arrives at the huge Jacuzzi tub with seating for ten. This Jacuzzi has been installed with a dedicated insulated storage tank which enables the Jacuzzi to be emptied and refilled with immediate hot water. This area also features relaxing sun loungers for twelve guests. The superstructure has been significantly reinforced to permit the landing and taking off of a Bell Jet Ranger Helicopter. All of the aft safety rails are removable to facilitate this procedure. Forward on this deck is the bridge which is equipped with state of the art navigation equipment. Seating for four guests are located aft of the control station with a chart and navigation station located aft of the seats. |

| Descending down a semi-spiral staircase located on the port side one arrives at the Entertainment Lounge deck. This area is enormous and features an exterior dinning table for fourteen guests with an adjacent sering station equipped with a sink, ice maker and refrigerator. Additional seating with tables are also located on this deck. This area is
completely shaded from the sun. Sliding glass wind break doors are also located in this area. Stepping in to the Entertainment deck lounge one is struck by the enormous size of this area, made possible by the full width of this lounge. A bar is located on the starboard side with a card table and chairs positioned on the port side. Heading forward one arrives at the lounge/cinema area which is highlighted by the dramatic 11 Ft. overheads. This area is serviced by a pantry equipped with a dumb water on the port side. Continuing aft one arrives at the majestic upper deck hall that features a stupendous floating stairway that leads to all decks. Continuing forward on the port side is the VIP suite. This cabin features a beautiful stateroom with an extremely large bathroom. Forward of the VIP suite is the Owners study that features a private relaxing area and a full office. Exiting on the starboard side and continuing forward is the owners private exterior area which is equipped with seating and a table. The owners lounge connects directly to the Owners stateroom by way of a private stairway. |

| Commencing aft one arrives at the huge open aft deck. This area is equipped with a large multi positioning table that is finished in teak with seating for twelve.
Continuing forward one enters the Main Lounge by way of two beautiful huge circular electric doors. The main lounge is indeed spectacular. The dimensions are truly enormous. Upon entering the lounge one encounters a most elegant seating area with sofas and tables. On the port side of the lounge is a beautiful piece of furniture that houses a 52 inch Plasma television that is concealed and operates on a electric lift. The Main Lounge and Dining area can be either open plan or closed through a beautiful hidden circular secret doorway. The wood in this area is Maple Burl with cherry and ebony inlays. The dining room features a beautiful inlaid Maple Burl wood table with beautiful cherry and ebony inlays and seating for up to 14 guests. This table can be made to accommodate smaller groups. Surrounding the dining room table are superb artisan built cabinets finished in burl woods with marble tops. All of the surrounding burl wood walls contain hidden storage drawers that house glassware, china and flatware. Continuing forward from the dining room on the Port side one enters into the Main Entrance Foyer. On the port side of this area is a beautiful powder room finished in stone and marble with water jet inlays. The floor of the main foyer is indeed magnificent and features a classical marble medallion design, with intricate water jet in lays. On the starboard side of this area the main Owners side entrance door is hidden behind two beautiful sliding burl wood doors. The overhead in this area is magnificent and features exotic cut crystal glass. On the starboard side of the foyer area is a hidden doorway which leads to the Main Deck pantry. Continuing forward from the Dining Room on the Port side one enters into the main deck pantry. A passageway from this pantry leads to the Main Galley, which is completely equipped with commercial cooking and storage equipment. All working areas are finished in granite or stainless steel. Walking forward through the passageway one arrives at the main crew stairway. |

| The exterior decks of PHOENIX are completely covered in naturally aged Burma teak.
The passageways of the vessel are generous and create a � Big Ship� feel. Double stanchions rails meet a stainless steel capping rail which is covered in beautiful varnished teak, with stainless steel end pieces. Wing controls are located on each side of the bridge inside an electric controlled unit. All exterior and interior stairways are equipped with custom safety doors. Wind break doors are positioned on all decks. The exterior pain is Awl Grip White with navy blue around the bridge windows and water line. |

| A doorway connects to a passageway complete with storage, that leads to the crew quarters. There are seven twin crew cabins with oversized bunks. Each cabin is finished in Corian with large bathrooms, desk and chair. Each crew bunk is equipped with a television, music and computer facilities.
Additional storage is located in the aft section of the Main Guest Accommodation passageway. |
