iSNL 655/11 is one of the finest examples of the hugely successful 655 model Oyster Brokerage have had the pleasure to represent for sale. Originally Black Pearl and now in her second ownership as iSNL her maintenance schedule has been meticulous for a very discerning owner. She has never been chartered since launch and always been professionally maintained to the highest of standards by crew. The current owner had her extensively serviced and upgraded in places when he purchased her in 2013. The maple interior gives a warm and homely feel, which is accented beautifully by the Farrow and Ball ‘Drawing Room Red’ bulkhead in the saloon.

The 655 has an easily driven hull and her in-mast, cutter rig set up allows for safe cruising around the world or cruising around your favourite bays. iSNL is a must see.

HULL NUMBER                    

Oyster 655/11.



Laid-up GRP, single skin with structural stringers and floors to Lloyd’s approved design specification and incorporates a high tech custom Carbon/Kevlar composite laminate.


HULL FINISH                      

White hull with cove line and double boot top lines in standard Oyster blue.

Underwater surfaces taken back to gelcoat and epoxy coated by Hinckley Yacht Services, USA, under the supervision of International Paints (2010).

Every three years iSNL has had her antifoul stripped back and every year she comes out for a yard period, which last included new anodes and new antifoul.



Moulded in GRP with balsa core.

DECK FINISH                      

Teak laid decks.

GRP low profile ‘rolled edge’ bulwark with Oyster custom stainless steel mooring cleats. Stainless steel protective tread plates on bulwarks at each side gate.



High performance bulb (HPB) external lead keel.



Fully protected skeg-hung rudder. Dropped and serviced in 2015.


STERN DESIGN                   

The stern design incorporates a recessed platform, especially useful for bathing and boarding and finished with laid teak.

A fold-down stainless steel bathing/boarding ladder with oval tube treads and four moulded GRP steps, trimmed with teak treads, is incorporated into the transom for easy access to the stern deck.



Built to comply with the requirements for Category A – Ocean.

Built to MCA Category 2 with all associated safety equipment fitted, although never chartered.



CQR 48kg (105lb) anchor with 100m x 18mm Octoplait nylon warp plus 10m x 12mm chain.
