Descripción

90' Lyman Morse M/Y 1997/2013

The 1997/2013, 90 ft. custom Motor yacht TUMBLEHOME was built by Lyman-Morse at their Thomaston, Maine shipyard. This luxury vessel's sophisticated exterior design, styling and engineering are the work of C. Raymond Hunt Associates.

A comfortable family cruiser, TUMBLEHOME has lots of “outdoor” spaces that include an inviting aft deck and top deck flybridge with spacious seating.  Cherry, teak, holly and red birch accentuate the interior. There is a spacious owner's stateroom with a four-poster bed, roomy guest accommodations and ample crew's quarters.

Having been repowered during her 2013 refit, motor yacht TUMBLEHOME is capable of a top speed of 27 knots, and comfortably cruises at 22 knots.

 Why buy this yacht?

TUMBLEHOME is unique because she has….

C Raymond Hunt planing hull with fast cruising speeds
SCRIMP resin infused  Deep V hull giving very solid handling in sloppy conditions
Stick build Interior Stick by Maine’s finest craftsmen
Custom and unique thoughout- Cherry interior on main deck and red birch below decks
Superior family platform with multiple living areas to spread out

What you should know about TUMBLEHOME

Over the past 12 years and 3 major refits,  nearly every system aboard TUMBLEHOME has been replaced or redundancy added- including engines, generators, electrical, power converstion, water makers, dive tank compressor, electronics, teak decks, soft and hard overheads, interior furniture, soft goods, sound deadening, carpets, Tempur-pedic beds throughout, AV, high fidelity and controls, lighting, sanitation,  A/C and ventilation systems, helm chairs, pilot house freeman doors, dual windless and ground tackle, inflatable and steamer chairs, aft exterior bulkhead teak clad and bright finish.

As a result of all this upkeep and properly thought out systems, TUMBLEHOME’S dispatch rate is extremely high. The owner has never missed a vacation or rerouted plans due to mechanical breakdown. With fresh systems everywhere, TUMBLEHOME’S cost to operate is very manageable.

Running TUMBLEHOME is a joy. She goes like a witch with her fresh Cat C32’s. She accelerates quickly and hops right up on plane. At 22kt cruise speed, she covers a lot of water and with 3000 gal of fuel- she has legs. TUMBLEHOME has cruised from Nova Scotia to St Barts many of her years and was shipped to the Med for a summer of cruising.

When you buy a boat of this size, it is critical to know her heritage and history. You will not find a better equipped 90’ vessel with these attributes at this price.

Walkthrough

Built by Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding craftsmen with an uncompromising attention to detail, TUMBLEHOME represents Maine boatbuilding at its finest. The classic feel of the exterior, which uses teak to cover most horizontal surfaces and Awlgrip finishes on all vertical surfaces, is complimented by an interior that has been designed and selected specifically for function, quality and comfort.

The upper level is paneled in cherry. The aft end of the salon showcases built-in furniture with a bookcase separating the dining area. A "pass-through" from the galley on to a side board makes it easy for the cook to service the dining guests.

The lower level contains two guest cabins, a master cabin, two crew staterooms and sitting/operation areas for the crew. The birch paneled master cabin uses the full beam of the boat to achieve a spacious functional area including king-sized bed, day bed and writing desk. The two guest cabins are identical with birch paneling, separate showers and entertainment centers.

The main helm station is spacious with an elevated sitting area for visibility and a comfortable helm chair.

The flybridge has a centerline helm with full instrumentation. All built-in flybridge furniture is constructed in fiberglass and Awlgrip finished.

This elegant 90' vessel represents the best of boatbuilding design, craftsmanship and performance. No better statement can be made.
