Descripción
Thoroughly and recently upgraded, freshly serviced, and maintained to meticulous standards, this is, without question, the nicest example of a Sea Ray 48 Sedan Bridge on the market. Absolutely no expense has been spared in mechanical, cosmetic, or systems upgrades. There are people who have been waiting for a 48 in this condition, the boat will not last.
The 48 Sedan Bridge was widely regarded as one of the best sedan bridges Sea Ray ever produced. A spacious cockpit, social bridge, and three-stateroom layout make it a boat that checks off most all criteria for this size and style. It features much newer and more stylish lines than most boats of its era.
The boat shows much newer than a 2002. It features the upgraded Caterpillar 3196TAs with direct drives. The starboard engine only has 400 hours since rebuild, while the port has had aftercooler service done (1400 hours). Cosmetically, it is in phenomenal shape and has been maintained to the highest standards. The Cherry high-gloss cabinetry shows no different than it did in 2002. Simply said, seeing is believing with this 48. The list of upgrades and options is beyond extensive:

The Sea Ray 48 sedan bridge has one of the largest interiors of any 48’ (51’ 2” LOA) sedan bridges ever produced. A hydraulic swim platform allows for the hauling and retrieving of a tender, or to create a submersible beach club at anchor. The boat boasts a massive cockpit that takes full advantage of its 15’ 3” beam. An aft bench seat allows for seating, but also takes up minimal space to provide room for additional chairs or a large crowd.
The bridge features a fully equipped helm, all equipment is centralized and easily accessible. Not to leave the captain alone, a horseshoe seating area is forward, complete with a refrigerator, sink, and table. Double wide, molded fiberglass steps make accessing the bridge easy in all conditions.
Sliding glass doors reveal a spacious, open-concept salon and galley. Opposite the TV, a plush, ultra-leather sofa effortlessly converts to a berth, all with the push of a button. A portside dinette features opposing seating with a removable table, which makes a great office with a 110V hidden under the seats. To starboard, the open galley provides all equipment needed to prepare any meal.
Below deck features a 3 stateroom, 2 head layout. A starboard side guest stateroom features a sofa that converts to double bunks. The master stateroom is forward with a private, en-suite head. As is customary for all Sea Rays, overhead storage and closet space is unrivaled by any boat in class. A generously sized VIP stateroom is to Port, with en-suite access to the day head, also accessible from the corridor.
The engine room is thoughtfully laid out. Systems and the generator are easily accessible, aft of the transmissions. The direct drive setup gives the vessel more weight forward than comparable V-Drives. This translates to a much better sea boat.
