This 1971 Ericson 35 is a starter boat for learning to sail and for someone who is not afraid of some work. This Ericson boat could be a liveaboard or a long weekend boat.
Below deck, she boasts a spacious layout with a forward V-berth and adjacent head with a separate shower stall. Mid-ship is the salon with a U-shaped dinette and settee with a table, both of which convert to beds.
Port Aft there is a large enclosed quarter-berth. Starboard aft, the galley provides easy access to the salon when dining at anchor and the cook has easy arms reach to hand meals to the crew in the cockpit during long sails.

Condition
The Interior cushions are in good shape, there were no tears observed, but they need cleaning. The seller reports one sail needs repair, and the rigging is functional, although some lines need replacing. She had her gas tank removed, so it needs replacing. Currently, there is a temporary 10-gallon gas tank hooked up. Some blemishes and dings throughout the boat. The color coat of the hull is oxidized as expected with the age of this boat. The steering wheel helm is not operational but the boat is active with emergency tiller operation. Eagerly needs updated bottom paint. The atomic four engine runs, but the transmission slips at higher RPM.
