Condition

This 1978 Pearson 365 Ketch is docked in her marina slip. Overall, the boat appears to be in good condition. She does show well for her age. She just needs a few cosmetic touch-ups. No damage was spotted on the hull. Didn't find soft spots on the deck. The boat shows that it's well equipped and ready to go anywhere. The solar panels look very good, the wind power generator looks very good. Bimini looks great and shows no tears. All sail covers look good. Shrouds and hardware in general look in very good condition. The teak in and around the cockpit looks good. Full list of what's been installed, replaced and serviced is available upon request. Just ask According to the owner, everything works as it should.
