The BAY DREAMER is a 1988 Catalina 34 Tall Rig
The Catalina 34 offers a large boat feel in a very manageable size. She has built a reputation as a classic blend of performance, comfort, and value. She has a very roomy cockpit with all the lines leading aft make for easy single-handed sailing. Below, the Catalina 34 is roomy and bright! Coming down the companionway is the large head to port and galley to starboard with deep double SS sinks, a gimbaled 2-burner propane stove w/ oven, refrigeration system, and microwave oven. In addition to the forward V-berth, the aft cabin has an even larger berth with plenty of light and ventilation. The salon has the electrical panel and nav-station to port, with a dinette that converts to a very comfortable double berth. Easy to handle, solid and reliable, and great for day sails or extended coastal cruising.

Accommodations
Accommodations have always been a strong selling point for all Catalina models, and the 34 is no different. Most Catalina 34 owners have something good to say about the roominess of the interior. The layout features a V-berth cabin forward followed by the main salon with starboard side dinette and port side settee. The galley is aft along the starboard side, and there is a good sized head along the port side next to the companionway. The master cabin is aft along the starboard side and features an athwartship double berth tucked below the cockpit.
