Descripción
This was previously Michel Joubert's personal Expedition Motorsailor, a boat designed specifically for high-latitude exploring. Built by the French Meta yard, known for their quality welded aluminum vessels constructed using the Strongall technique, this vessel is built to be strong, efficient, and reliable, while also providing warm and pleasant quarters for exploring distant shores.
This is a very well-executed exploration vessel, designed and previously owned by the late naval architect Michel Joubert. It is a function-first vessel with a surprisingly comfortable interior, featuring two separate cabins and sleeping berths for 8-10 people.
Notable features of this boat include thick-skinned (Strongall) aluminum construction, twin diesel power with protected/encased drive shafts, a pleasant, bright, and spacious pilothouse, salon, and quarters, incredible amounts of storage, a twin keel design that is self-standing, a complete Refleks hydronic heating system, and long-range fuel tanks.
If you are in the market for a high-latitude exploration vessel, or if you just want a bulletproof coastal cruiser, this could be the boat for you. This vessel is very comfortable and well-suited for year-round cruising, and it will tempt you to go further on your adventures
