She served as the flagship demo model for Excess, and therefore has been exceptionally well equipped and maintained.Carbon helm stations aft deliver true sailing sensations while freeing the cockpit. With her “Pulse Line” performance rig, she sails as soon as the breeze hits 7 knots, when most other cruising catamarans are still under engine. The interior volume is astonishing for an 11m catamaran, featuring for instance a 2m x 2m bed in the owner’s cabin, something rarely found even on 46ft cats, yet the hulls remain sleek below the waterline for great performance.Built in December 2021, Te Ava will be available again in Tahiti from December 2025 / January 2026, after our family voyage through French Polynesia.
