1979 49’ customized fully extended flybridge Albin trawler/live aboard. The cabin arrangement has a salon in the aft section of the vessel with settee port and starboard. Forward on port is the galley with sink, new propane stove/oven, new microwave, and 10 cubic ft. refrigerator/freezer. Cabinets have been extended for extra storage. All interior floors are parquet. The forward starboard in the salon is the lower helm area. There is a companionway with three steps down to the lower deck. The main head with shower is starboard, adjacent is mid stateroom with double berth and in suite head with shower, make-up table and large storage cabinet. Forward is king berth with extra large storage cabinet. Both berths have large hatches. Separate reverse cycle Webasto units provide cooling and heating.
Flybridge access from the rear deck has a circular teak stairway. Flybridge is customized with helm chair in the center with cushioned seating for two on each side with large storage underneath. Main navigation station with all engine gauges, 10’ Garmin combo GPS, color sounder and radar. Separate digital depth gauge, VHF radio and compass, Sea Star hydraulic steering (2023) and 360-degree view. The Flybridge is fully extended to the stern providing extra space and cover for rear deck. A safety wall encloses a complete area for grandchildren. Main engine room access is through a hatch next to lower helm with ladder and 4 hatches in salon to allow easier access to top of engines. Power is twin Volvo-Penta Diesels TMD40, twin 8 KW Westerbeke generators. All engines have auxiliary raycor fuel filters. Fuel capacity is 400 gallons (200-gal tanks port and starboard). Water capacity is 400 gallons (stainless steel tanks in Lazarette), 10-gallon Rheen Water Heater, 1500-Watt inverter. Built in toolboxes.
The rear deck area is fiberglass with teak overlay. The forward deck and flybridge is fiberglass with non-skid paint. Tuna door in stern, teak swim platform with ladder. Stainless steel and teak rails, companionway both port and starboard to front deck. Hydraulic winch, multiple anchors, 4 new covered fenders, new hatch covers.
