Rubicon is a Cheoy Lee 48 Ketch by Robert Perry, she is a go anywhere in the world cruising boat, she had a major refit in 2008 2010 that included new masts, an upgraded Beta 75 hp Diesel engine, all new wiring, all new plumbing, Corian counters, etc. The boat has an extensive list of equipment, I still have some that has not been installed yet.  Miss Siena is documented with the US Coast Guard and has been lift kept in southwest Florida at the Bonita Bay Marina in Bonita Springs for past years.  This is a great boat for cruising the intercoastal as well as open waters to the Dry Tortugas and Key West.  I love this boat for its comfort, economy and classic Downeast good looks.    I've never had a problem with the engine. The Cummins BT Series has an excellent reputation for reliability and durability. There are no oil leaks. She starts immediately upon ignition. Strong oil pressure and water temp is constant at 190 degrees. Boat has lived its entire life on Lake Erie (Freshwater Boat).  I am third owner. I actually knew the second owner, who didn't own it very long. When i bought it only had 475/479 on both motors. We have added another 300 hours on her during our time of ownership.  It now has 780 hours, which is considered low hours!   I have owned her since summer on 2018. I have taken care of her with an open check book.  As soon as you see and step on board of Sand Trap you feel and see the PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP shine through.  Its clean, well taken care of and every single instrument and mechanciles as well as peripheral's equipment works perfectly.   I have spent thousands maintaining, as well as preventitive maintence being completed each year. We have taken her on many trips to the Ohio Islands, MI - Lake St Clair, Canada, as well as many shorter trips over Holidays.  Never ever once has she let us down!!! alomost 300 problem free hours over the last 8 seasons.  All upholstery is in above average condition the whole cockpit area and Cabin area are clean and in above average condition.   Many exrtra aesthetics were installed to add to her beauty! 4 underwater Sea Blaze LED's All new striping added to her in 2019 LED lighting behind the MAXUM plastic insert on each side of the hull.
