     Miss Siena is documented with the US Coast Guard and has been lift kept in southwest Florida at the Bonita Bay Marina in Bonita Springs for past years.  This is a great boat for cruising the intercoastal as well as open waters to the Dry Tortugas and Key West.  I love this boat for its comfort, economy and classic Downeast good looks.    I've never had a problem with the engine. The Cummins BT Series has an excellent reputation for reliability and durability. There are no oil leaks. She starts immediately upon ignition. Strong oil pressure and water temp is constant at 190 degrees. I would not hesitate to take her to Key West or anywhere else.  She has bow thruster, windless with 150ft chain, Garmin GPS/Chartplotter, Raymarine auto helm, Raymarine Depth sounder, fire alarm, Halon system, Victron battery monitor, hardtop, trim tabs, refrigerator, hot and cold shower, marine electric head, Horizon VHF, Fuson sound system and Kenyon alcohol/electric stove top. All in good working order. There is no generator but has new shore power. The cabin has no leaks and the bilges are empty. Reason for selling; declining health. $44,900 OBO. The full protection of the sand shoe design allows for beaching and running in shallow water. The full keel provides excellent stability in a beam sea while allowing the boat to track like it was on rails.
