The original engine was a 4.3 liter V6. It was replaced with a Netgain Hyper 9 three phase electric motor and matching Inverter/Controller. Energy for the motor is supplied by two independent 96 volt Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePo4) battery banks in a 2P30S configuration. Total gross storage capacity is 52.2 kwh. Batteries are charged by two 25-amp, 105 volt chargers in parallel. Chargers will accept 120 or 240 volts AC. The lower unit is by Sterndrive Engineering Inc. It is mated to an OMC upper that was reconditioned.

From the Seller: This boat was converted from gas to electric over a four year period. I am not an engineer; I'm a retired electrician with an Associate's Degree in electronics.
The boat has extremely good acceleration and pulling a skier is no problem. It handles well, as you can see in the videos and is ideally suited for inland lakes. Some refinishing has been done on the hull but there are some surface scratches.
